RefectoCil Blonde Brow is especially suitable for lightening dark eyebrows and preparing them for further tinting. Increase the stunning effect of blonde with RefectoCil's individual expert color system.

Application area:
RefectoCil Blonde Brow to lighten eyebrows up to 3 levels.

• Clients with bleached hair to adjust eyebrows
• To recolor gray or white bristly eyebrows
• Pre-lightened to be able to color dark eyebrows in light tones.

Application:

1. Preparation: Use RefectoCil eye makeup remover to ensure clean, oil-free and dry eyebrows.
2. Before use, mix 2 cm of RefectoCil Blonde Brow with 20-25 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant 3% Cream for at least 2 minutes to form a creamy paste. Apply to eyebrows.
3. Exposure time: depending on the desired clarification: 5-20 minutes. 5 minutes: one level clarification, 12 minutes: two level clarification, 20 minutes: three level clarification.
4. Remove the paste with RefectoCil eye makeup remover.

If RefectoCil Pestañas Curl has been previously used, the application time is reduced to 2 minutes.
