RefectoCil Blonde Brow is especially suitable for lightening dark eyebrows and preparing them for further coloring. Enhance the impressive blonde effect with RefectoCil's individual expert color system.

Application area: RefectoCil Blonde Brow for lightening eyebrows up to 3 levels.

• Pre-lightened to be able to color dark eyebrows in light tones

Application:

1. Preparation: Use RefectoCil eye makeup remover to ensure clean, oil-free and dry eyebrows.
2. Before use, mix 2 cm of RefectoCil Blonde Brow with 20-25 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant 3% Cream for at least 2 minutes to form a creamy paste. Apply to eyebrows.
3. Exposure time: Depending on the desired lightening level: 5-20 minutes. 5 minutes: one-level lightening, 12 minutes: two-level lightening, 20 minutes: three-level lightening.
4. Remove the paste with RefectoCil eye make-up remover.

If RefectoCil Eyelash Curl has been used previously, the application time is reduced to 2 minutes.
