Refund policy

Damaged or defective products: in the event that the customer receives the contents of the package in poor condition or due to its transport, he/she has the right to make a claim within 24/48 hours from the delivery of the order, in writing (email or whatsapp) to Belleza24 attaching a photograph of the items in question. Belleza24 will collect the defective products from the customer's address and replace them.

Products that do not meet the customer's expectations: the customer may return a product within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the delivery of the order. After 14 days, Belleza24 is not obliged to accept the return. The customer will always be responsible for the shipping costs. The product or products to be returned must be in perfect condition, with their seals, unused and well packaged. If Belleza24 receives a return that is damaged or does not comply with the aforementioned requirements, it may reject it.

To return a product, the customer must send it to the following address, attach a copy of the invoice to the package and detail which product is being returned:
