Instructions for use:
Soak your feet in warm salt water using the PODOLOGIC FITNESS or PODOLOGIC HERBAL foot baths. Dry your skin thoroughly, protect your hands with gloves, and apply a layer of gel to the entire soles of your feet or to the calloused areas. Wrap your feet in aluminum foil and leave it on for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the keratinized skin. Then, remove the thick skin with a callus scraper or file, wash your feet carefully, and apply specialized products from the PODOLOGIC LIPID SYSTEM line to complete the treatment.
